Road Improvements In Menifee and Surrounding Area- Including Newport Road, Newport Bridge, Scott Road and more... This was handed out at the July 23, 2008 City Council Meeting.

CITY HALL

Public Water park and New City Hall will be located off Haun Road. More details coming soon. 

NEW APARTMENTS

On the corner of Antelope road and Holland will be a 220 unit apartment complex. Construction pending

GYMS

 I understand LA Fitness is coming to the new Haun Road Developement.  I have also heard that 24 hour fitness is coming to Menifee but I am not sure where.

Countryside Marketplace

The following will  be present at Newport/Haun-Chambers said current expectations include:  Lowes, three Banks, a Hawaiian BBQ, Cingular and Verizon Phones, cleaners, a Japanese Sushi place, Chopolte Mexican Fast food, Starbucks, BJs Brewery and Restaurant, a Red Robin Restaurant, TGIFriday’s, Chick-Fill-A, Staples, Petco, Linens and Things, a Bakery, Old Navy, Kohl's, Best Buy, Sports Chalet, Shoe Stores, some beauty salons and an In & Out Burger.

DOCTORS HOSPITAL OF MURRIETA
